My big news yesterday was the impossible- that I got a bonus at work- a little over $3,000 net. I'm thinking that I may spend a couple of hundred on a kayak and bank the rest. I may just bank all of it. I know I will end up needing some of it for medical bills coming up from my tests.
The other big news is that in the fall my new manager is going to change us from a three shift operation to two shifts. I will either end up working a midnight shift or something like 10:00 to 6:30. I'll just have to wait and see what all shakes out of the mix of changes between now and then. Hell, I may not even be in the same department by then.
Work is very busy. I had to work overtime last night, and I will probably have to work it again tonight. I have to figure that out and make that decision in just a bit here.

You still haven't told me where we're going for dinner. lol. That bonus is awesome. Sounds like it's coming at the appropriate time, too. (Is there ever an INAPPROPRIATE time for a bonus?) Ha. Hugs.
